Communities are equipped to manage and conserve vital natural resources like water, land, and forests. POs lead collective action, supported by governance systems and donor agencies to ensure ecological sustainability and climate adaptation.
#Gender Mainstreaming
Women-led forums and gender cells within POs are capacitated with collective action and collaboration. Rajmeru is engaged to ensure inclusivity, leadership and safety outcomes for women and girls.
#Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Climate Change
In vulnerable regions, Rajmeru promotes climate resilience through awareness, adaptive planning, and eco-restoration. Collaboration with local institutions ensures better preparedness and community-led mitigation strategies.
# Strengthening Institutional Governance
The organization invests in building robust internal systems within POs, focusing on democratic functioning, transparency, and leadership development. Strategic planning, mentorship, and fellowships further strengthen grassroots institutions.
